As an organic raw material and pharmaceutical intermediate, hexafluoroacetone trihydrate is mainly applied in the synthesis of hexafluoroisopropanol, bisphenol AF, fluorine-containing polyimide monomer 6FDA, sevoflurane, rayon polyester and polyether spinning, etc.
